Movement
This model is equipped with calibre 3130, a self-winding mechanical movement entirely developed and manufactured by Rolex. Like all Rolex Perpetual movements, the 3130 is a certified Swiss chronometer, a designation reserved for high-precision watches that have successfully passed the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) tests - though versions without also exist. It is fitted with a Parachrom hairspring, offering greater resistance to shocks and to temperature variations. Its architecture, in common with all Oyster watch movements, makes it singularly reliable.

Description
The Rolex Submariner 114060 is the successor to the 14060. It was introduced making it the last Rolex Submariner to be fitted with Rolex' latest case design and ceramic bezel. The Oyster Perpetual Submariner No Date Oystersteel Black Cerachrom 114060-0002 features a 40 mm diameter case and a unidirectional rotatable bezel with Cerachrom insert as an underwater tool. Its engraved 60-minute graduations allow a diver to accurately and safely monitor diving time and decompression stops. Waterproof up to 300 meters / 1,000 feet. Submariner represented as a standard for diver's watches. The movement powered by Rolex 3130 caliber. The case fitted with Oystersteel, a flat three-piece links bracelet and folding Oysterlock safety clasp with Rolex Glidelock extension system.
